War Is Hell!!!!

I had a conversation with a soldier in the park, on vacation from Iraq. He was 20 years old and joined when he was 17. Baby faced young man proud to serve for his country. He spoke about bullets flying over his shoulder mortar rounds blo

wing up walls nearby. Snipers shoot at them from behind walls but they can't shoot back at them unless they eyeball the shooter. Snipers just point a gun over a gate or behind a wall and aimlessly shoot knowing that there can be no retaliation. The young man lived in the mountains his whole life and the first time he left the area was to join the army. I have much love for this young man and my prayers are with him.
